ÿþWhat you re looking at above is the latest collaborative release  rose gold converse  from Converse as they have joined forces with with California-based skater Louie Lopez on a custom sneaker, inspired by Louie s hometown of Hawthorne, California.Known as the Converse x Louie Lopez CTAS Pro High, the shoe features an upper made of premium suede along with leather accents on the heel stripe and the classic Chuck Taylor All Star patch. The shoe is also infused with innovative skate technology, including CONS traction rubber for increased grip and durability, as well as a Lunarlon sockliner for added comfort. The back of the tongue features an intricate map of Hawthorne, a tribute to the California town where Louie grew up, while the city seal is displayed in gold foil on the sockliner. ÿþThe New York based  puma shoes  streetwear label, ALIFE, has brought their East Coast flavor to a handful of footwear brands in the recent years. Their latest collaboration employs the likes of PUMA for a special release of the R698 silhouette. During the Summer of 2014, we received a very early first look at the Spring 2015 collaboration between the two; however, additional images of the sneakers have been withheld until now.The sneakers have an obvious futuristic aesthetic with a lustrous Silver leather upper in a highly perforated styling. Along the tongue, however, ALIFE is branded in a subtle textured manner. The bright upper is then placed on top of a thick White Trinomic mid-sole and contrasting Brown out-sole.
